In 2013, Sinopec has opened its first lubricant plant outside China in Singapore Lube Park, located at Tuas South Singapore, as it prepares for global expansion. Singapore Lube Park Pte Ltd is a joint venture between Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd (Shell), Sinopec Lubricant Singapore Pte Ltd (Sinopec) and Total Oil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (TOTAL). These three multinational oil and gas companies have achieved a win-win situation in sharing facilities include an import-export jetty, common pipelines and storage facilities.
